Tusker House?

Hello, I have an ADR for Tusker House (lunch) and I was wondering if the food is similar to BOMA? I've been to BOMA and loved it, but I want to try a new TS restaurant while at AK. Thank you in advance.

I've never been to Boma, but the reviews of Tusker House's lunch has been said it's very very similar to Boma.

We call it Boma lite. There are some great flavors, but there are also some bascs there. It's one of my favorite meals in WDW

We ate there in Feb. and found it to be very good. Similar flavors to Boma but also some more "regular" fare.

Oh goodie! We're trying lunch at Tusker House this summer too rather than dinner at Boma...I was secretly HOPING it would have some of the same flavors we love from Boma!

For those of you who have been could you elaborate what the 'normal' items were? The main reason I am considering this is for the Nemo pass (we went last Sept and were so high up my kids couldn't see anything and we had to leave ) however of the 5 of us only my dh is not a picky eater. TIA!
