Tusker House

I was wondering if anyone knew what exactly is in the salad at the Tusker house and what kind of dressing they put on it. I had it earlier this month, and I just loved that salad. I would love to be able to put it together at home. Thanks for your help

Would it be the balsamic vinaigrette dressing ?
If so, imagine that's just olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
