Here's my take :
What they have in common:
- unique characters and decor. Both have characters dancing parade for kids.
- standard breakfast foods like bacon, eggs, sausage, Mickey waffles, guava/passion fruit juice
O'hana May '13
- Picture before seating is in a hut, we opted to skip that.
- Ok food. Only interesting item was the pineapple bread. Otherwise selection is limited.
- Service was not so great - the food is brought to you and sometimes servers are bogged down. They handed out the waffles with tongs rather than just bringing a tray.
Tusker House Nov '12
- Picture with Donald before seating.
- wider selection of food like cottage cheese, bagels, etc, some with African flavors. Bigger selection of baked goods.
- Service has been good the last few times we've gone, standard buffet service.
- If you have a late breakfast, you'll get a taste of lunch too. We prefer breakfast, the flavors of lunch is a bit too foreign for our tastes.
We opted for Tusker house for our Nov '13 trip. Kids weren't crazy about Lilo & Stitch and didn't care for the food.
