Hello World.

I have reservations for the Tusker House lunch buffet this coming weekend, and I was wondering what exactly the kids menu or buffet area is like? Also, are adults allowed to eat from that area as well? Is there a strict no corn-dog nugget policy for adults in tow? Should I be looking somewhere else to eat?

Thanks guys.

At buffets, anyone can eat anything from any area of the buffet. No age restrictions.

This buffet is FANTASTIC. It's a really good choice for the whole family. The PB&J station just has Peanut Butter, Jelly, white and wheat bread to choose from. for some reason it's really fun to make your own sandwich in WDW haha. They have SUCH good food.. ah I wish I could eat some right now. Everyone will definitely be able to find something they like there :yay:

Sounds intriguing, what does it have? PB & J is a favorite with one of my kids!
I found an old picture. It looks like pb, jelly, applesauce(?), and chocolate(?)....

I took my kids (then ages 8 and 9) and we all loved it. Even my super picky son found a lot that he liked. My adventurous daughter tried many new dishes. I truly appreciated the excellent wine selection ;)

Oh my...doesn't look appetizing to me but I bet my kids will like it!

Thanks!
I agree. We didn't go anywhere near it. ;) Way too many other yummy things to try. :thumbsup2 That's why I don't know what anything is. :guilty: But, I'm sure it would taste much better than it looks. :)

We ate lunch there last week and my DD5 ate really well. She enjoyed the drumsticks, corn, and rice. They also had some cold cuts like ham and turkey to make sandwiches and she ate this as well along with some fresh fruit. But I think her favorite thing was the Krispy Kreme donut she had for dessert.

This was a picture of DD's plate at TH. Green beans, mac and cheese, applesauce, mashed potatoes with a slice of beef.

DS went a little wild and actually tried the saffron rice and Bobotie which he actually liked quite a bit.

There was also chicken and carrots on the kids buffet when we were there. Hope this helps some. :)

anyone can eat off the kids section- but with all the great choices to try, it would be a mistake to miss out! this is one of our favorite places to eat just because we can get away from the "disney" food.

We really enjoyed lunch here but beware...

You have to walk by the center island of desserts in order to get your food ;)
