Tusker House Dinner for the Less than Adventurous?

I really would like a Tusker House breakfast, but I have yet to find one, so we are going to try TH for dinner. We are not super duper picky, but aren't really adventurous either. I've read the buffet description but just wondering if there is a pretty wide spread of choices? Anyone else eat there that fits in this category and wants to offer their thoughts?

There's plenty. There's a carving station. Standard-issue mac and cheese. Corn dogs.

If you have special requests make sure your server knows about the picky eater in your group. Sometimes you can order a special plate with limited spice or sauces. It's not too crazy or overly spiced. The food while inspired by African cuisine is definitely toned down for the American palate.

My wife is a very picky eater and loved it. Plenty of options for everyone.

Out of the 4 of us, 3 are pretty non-adventurous when it comes to eating - and we looooove Tusker House

It depends on how non adventurous you're talking. My dad is strictly a meat and potatoes guy, would not eat kids food, and doesn't do spicy. And rather stubbornly so. It was not his favorite meal but he was ok with the carved meat and breads. It worked because he was the only one in the group who's picky besides the kids. If you're going there because you want to make the one adventurous person happy or if you're wanting to try being a little adventurous for a meal absolutely go for it. It's a good intro to an expanded palate with a built in set of fall back options. But if not those things it's not a huge amount of options for the standard-only eater and I'd say you might be happier finding a more standard place.

Probably not a popular opinion but my family likes Tusker the least of all the buffets. It hurt to watch my 11 yo disney adult eat a few bites of mac and cheese. And that's it. She's a light eater anyway so buffets are always wasted on her but it still hurt. My other two more normal eaters didn't eat much there either.
