Tusker House Breakfast to Lunch Timing?

We plan to book a Rivers of Light Dining Package in February and would like to schedule it so that we're there for the switchover from breakfast to lunch. What would be the best time to book our ADR?

I believe they start serving lunch at 11, so 10:30 or 10:45 would be a good bet. Good luck!

Breakfast
8:00 AM - 10:55 AM
Lunch
11:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Dinner
4:00 PM - 7:00 PM

So 10:30 or 10:45 I'd say.
