Tusker House booked for breakfast midweek in May?

I've been making/playing with ADRs for our May 9-14 trip for the past couple of weeks. We didn't even start planning this trip until Feb, so completely missed our 180-day mark. Some reservations have been harder to get than others. I'm perplexed by the fact that Tusker House is completely booked for breakfast on May 9 and 10 (a Wed and a Thurs - we want to go on Thurs May 10), yet has openings over the weekend (May 12-13). Is this unusual? Is it a sign of a really busy Thursday at AK? We are planning to do a fairly full day at AK that Thurs, starting with RD. (No EMH that day.)

In the meantime, I've set up a touring plans reservation finder and have my fingers crossed! It worked for Beaches and Cream....

There is a 10:25am for 4 people on May 10th available right now.

We're a party of 5 but that's good to know! At least lets me know that it's not 100% full. Maybe they have few larger tables.

The 9th is EMH, which makes sense that breakfast would be unavailable. The 10th right now is a CL 4 (take that what you will). It could be everyone AVOIDING the Epcot EMH.

You could also try searching for 6 people (the disney dining robots being what they are won't see they can put 5 people in at a 6 top)
