Turtle Talk with Crush

Has anyone heard about a new attraction called Turtle Talk with Crush at the Living Seas Pavilion at Epcot? I was on another message board and a lady was talking about the sneak preview she received. I haven't heard anything about this. Does anyone have any more information?
