Hey! I know that secret entrance! We used it when we stayed at the Beach Club back in 2005. Wowzers that seems like a long time ago now! Our room was at the end of the BC, facing the BCV.

We got the same reaction when we went through that little gate too. :rotfl:

Wow you were up late last night writing an update. I think it is funny Audrey wouldn't take a picture with Aladin. I wonder what Grace is going to do when she sees the characters. I just thought of something. When you finish this trip report you can start you pre trip report for May. I will be working on my trip report for Feb. and then you can start your trip report from May. We can keep this going for a long time. :rotfl2: Faron wants to take the camper to Fort Wilderness in May 2010 for two weeks. We should have a pre trip or trip report going for along time between the the two of us. We can be disbuddies forever.

Where's piglet did you ever write a trip report????

Where's piglet did you ever write a trip report????

:scared: That is STILL on my to do list for this week. :headache: As soon as I finish with this job application/state paperwork stuff (today maybe?) I'll start working on it. I STILL don't have all the photos downloaded onto my computer! (shhhh...the hard drive is too full!...and I've only had this computer since spring 2007 :rolleyes1 )

I have to run out to do some errands (UGH...in the snow) but after I come back I'll work on it for a bit I guess. I suppose if I keep putting it off until "everything else is done" I'll never get around to it.

I am finally caught up. I haven't had much time on the boards lately. Seems whenever I do get on I get interrupted by kids. Or I have some time, and the kids are on my computer.

I'm so sorry about your friend. That's so sad.

I know I won't remember everything I wanted to comment on, but here's what I do remember. Hannah came in when I was on the Cinderella dinner. She was reading over my shoulder and she loved the slipper dessert. Now she wants to go to Disney for her bday. :lmao: I took Jacob in Sept because she did NOT want to go in Feb. She had other plans for her bday. :headache:

It looked like Aubrey had a great birthday. I didn't realize the barbershop was so busy!

I love the yellow flowers in the last post. They are making me think about trying to go down for Flower & Garden. I don't think we can go back in 09 but I still keep thinking about it. I am trying to focus on a 2010 trip instead.

Looks like the Princess lunch was great. We had dinner there years ago and really enjoyed it.

We had a bad bathroom experience at Disney when Hannah was four. She had gotten really scared in the airport with the autoflush toilet. We were in Ft. Lauderdale, and we drove up to Orlando for a few days. We went to MK for the day, and she refused to use the bathrooms. She was terrified of the autoflush. We spent about a half hour trying to convince her the toilet was safe.

Sounds like a nice mother daughter night out at Fantasmic!

Tons of great pictures!!!!
Love all the Epcot shots!

Love your morning with the snow!
I heard that on the news that there was snow in LA and I thought of you right away. I was hoping your kids would get to see the snow and have some fun in it. Glad they did! We have had too much, and I am ready for winter to be over. Its harder because we do not have a trip to Fl planned to get away this year.

Good luck with the Mother Daughter trip plans!
Sounds like it will be fun!

Happy New Year!!!

Come back, we miss you!!!

We need a update please. The weather is so yucky today. An update would be nice:thumbsup2

I loved it. We felt so special being able to duck off the boardwalk and walk right to our room. We are definitely spoiled from staying at BC!

Loving your updates...as usual! Your family is adorable!!

Thank you and thank you! How are the twins? Have you rescheduled your trip yet??

Thats so funny and so true!!! I'm sure as soon as I finish this report, it will be time to start my PTR for our mother daughter trip! I want to camp one day at Ft. Wilderness. One day. Until then, we'll have to rough it at the Beach Club:rotfl:

Good thing you had jury duty or we would have never seen your TR!!:rotfl2:

Geaux Tigers!;)

Awesome game. Bitter sweet though because that's what we should have looked like all year with Jordan Jefferson as QB. Uhhhhh

Look at you spelling geaux right. See, you practically a Louisianian already!

Hey Kathleen!!! So good to hear from you. Glad you got a chance to catch up on my report. Now I have to do the same on yours! Been meaning to but like you said, kids always seem to get in the way:rolleyes1

I hope y'all get back to the world again soon. Maybe you can suprise Hannah with a slipper dessert even if it's not her bday. It was so good. We had such good weather while we were there, as you know;) The pictures of the yellow flowers shows that! I've been to the flower and garden fest. It's absolutely beautiful and a great time to visit. Actually, I think we will be there for that on our mother daughter trip! The snow was fun but I just don't know how people can live in that stuff! I don't think I could do it! Glad to see you back on the boards. I'll have a new update soon. Promise:thumbsup2

I know, I know. The weather is so dreary. The kids started back at MDO today and it killed me getting out of bed in the rain!

I have been preoccupied reading your PTR so my TR has suffered, so technically the lapse in updates is your fault:rotfl2:

MNSSHP coming up. Just need to upload the pics, and I have a ton. More later:thumbsup2

Good thing you had jury duty or we would have never seen your TR!!:rotfl2:

You're probably right....sad, no? What's scary is that I took a 3-day trip and I have FOUR PAGES of NOTES to write about in the trip report. :scared:

I need a catchy title before I can start.

Look at you spelling geaux right. See, you practically a Louisianian already!

:thumbsup2 I've been learning from some good teachers. ;)

:scared:
This is good or no?

Sorry, I am having issues with photobucket. I tried to upload a ton of pics and it crashed. I'm talking over 50 of them! Told you I took a lot. I have play group this morning but I plan on workingon it during nap. Sorry. Bad DISer

Ok, photobucket has cooperated finally. I have no idea how many pictures I just uploaded but I know it's a bunch. Prepare yourself for a photo extravaganza!!!

Ok, so when I last left you, Jason was down at Epcot picking up Aubrey's parasol from France (yeah, just realized that I have been referring to that this as a parasail. Duh, it's an umbrella, not a parachute that you dangle from off the backside of a boat!) Anywho, by the time he got back, I was awake and so was Brendan. Jason got back to the room and decided to go sit in the hot tub for a bit. We had plenty of time until our party so that was fine. Afterall, the hottub was right in front of our balcony so Jason and I could talk while he was in it. That was convenient. Here he is enjoying a dip. Pic taken from our balcony...

I also took some of my favorite pictures of Brendan while we were watching dad. I have one of these framed in black and white...

Too cute!

After Jason got his hot tub fix, we got dressed for MNSSHP. We were going as LSU baseball players. At least, that's what I was going for. Our shirts were really cute. Reminder...

I had one for each of us number 1 for Jason through 4 for Brendan. Cute, I know. We decided to walk through Epcot to catch the monorail and take that to MK for the party. We were still having bus issues so it worked out well to be able to walk to the monorail. I  BC!!! For some reason, we were getting LOTS of looks as we walked through Epcot. I guess people didn't really get why we were dressed alike. Maybe they didn't know about MNSSHP. It was early October so who knows. I just remember feeling a little uncomfortable at times because the looks we were getting weren't "Oh, look at that cute family" kind of looks. They were more like "Err, what's up with that family??" kind of looks:lmao: Oh well, we walked straight through the park and stopped in front of SE for a quick photopass pic. This camera guy was so nice. He commented on my new camera and assured me that I had made a good decision on my purchase. He also offered to take our picture with my camera:scared1: This has NEVER happened before to me with a photopass photographer. It was so nice of him, I didn't have the heart to tell him that I had purchased the prepaid CD. Oh well. Here we are. GEAUX TIGERS!!!

mnsshp026.jpg

We hopped on the monorail and were off to MK. On the way, I noticed that you get really up close and personal with SE. I snapped some pics. These are taken from the monoral...

We walked towards the gates and started getting in the mood when we saw this...

mnsshp028.jpg

Yay, I was so excited. I had no idea what to expect. Years ago, Jason and I went to the MVMCP but I twisted my ankle and spent the evening in a wheelchair! We didn't get to take advantage of any of the special events going on. I was looking forward to seeing what it was all about. Honestly, I wasn't expecting much. I just didn't know. Boy, was I pleasantly suprised. When we tried to swipe our party tickets, for some reason they didn't work:scared1: The CM was very nice and understanding and let us in anyway. Thank goodness. That was all I needed.

When we got into the gates, I noticed one of these on the ground. I had seen pics of them before on the DIS but had never seen one in person. I decided to take a pic to share...

mnsshp029.jpg

Everything looked so festive. We walked towards Fantasyland. The crowds were so low. It was awesome! We decided to check out Pirates first. I was concerned that it may scare the kids but since there was not many people around, I figured we would chance it.

mnsshp034.jpg

Here's a pic of Jason and the kids walking into Pirates. You can see how cute we looked with our nubers...

mnsshp036.jpg

It was kind of creepy being all alone in line. When we got up to the boats, there was a family getting off that were decked out in Florida Gator gear:eek: The dad cued his kids to give us a big gator clap! Which we promptly responded to with a big "TIGER BAIT!!!" They laughed, we laughed. It was fun. The CM's were looking us like we were crazy and said "gotta love college football." We corrected them by saying "gotta love SEC football!" We loaded into the boat and were off. We were the only ones in the boat so I took advantage of that and snapped a lot of pics. I always feel bad doing that when there are other people around. I don't want to ruin it for them. This was my chance. Enjoy...

mnsshp038.jpg

mnsshp037.jpg

Arrrrrrrr, I know it uploaded more than that but photobucket ate them. Let me go figure that out. I'll be back!

WOOHOO!!!! AN UPDATE!! :cool1:

I also took some of my favorite pictures of Brendan while we were watching dad. I have one of these framed in black and white...

Those pics of Brendan are really cute!

Your family shirts are cute too...maybe the other people were jealous? :lmao:

:scared1: About the tickets not working!

Okay...that's funny. :lmao:

Nice update! The sign outside the MK for MNSSHP looks very cute! We went to the party in 2006 and it seems like from all the pictures I've seen they have really amped up the decorations.

That's funny about the encounter with the Gator fans and their gator chomp. My dad is a Michigan alum so last January we went to the Capital One Bowl. They played Florida and dude that gator chomp was so annoying! Luckily UM beat them and everyone at the MK that night was congratulating us on the win since we all had on Michigan shirts. :rotfl:
