Turn down service

I read somewhere this can be requested at any Disney resort. Has anyone ever done it and did you like it? Just thinking it might be something that is a little extra special.

You can request this service at Deluxe resorts.

DVC resorts do not provide this, except for the five two bedroom lockoffs on the sixth floor of Jambo House at AKV/AKL. They are considered concierge villas.
