We got our bracelets and our documents today... I am not too impressed with them... You cannot see the Turkey Gang 2009 at all. They are cute enough and DD is glad we have them.

I was mapping Michelle's FE list and came up with a couple trends:

This group definitely prefers port side to starboard - 23 cabins to 11...not sure why b/c having been on starboard now 8 of 9 trips, we definitely think starboard has the better views. In port at Canaveral, we see the terminal et al. At CC, we see the whole island. Just our 2 cents...

The group also seems to like the front of the boat....remember that the elevators are not evenly dispersed...there is a much greater distance from midship to aft elevator than there is from midship to forward elevator.

and most of those midship are right near the elevators.

This group definitely like windows 24 cabins to 10.

Yep! I was hoping that it would be anyone but the Yankees -- but if it had to be the Yankees then I wanted it to be Dodgers v. Yankees. Joe Torre is a former Cardinal...and is dearly loved in St. Louis...and we would have LOVED to see him beat his former team. At least Ryan Howard is a St. Louisian so I can cheer for him.

But, in all honesty, we're all so fixated on Tony resigning as Manager and McGwire coming in as batting coach that not much else matters! Yes, we all want him to answer THE question so the radio stations are all buzzing with what he might say and when.

Now Andrew is fixated on hockey season and is hoping for the Blues to finally win the Cup (!) and I'm focused on getting stuff done.

Ah well...maybe next year for us both?

Yea!! We received our cruise docs today too!! In fact, the envelope w/ the cruise docs was sitting on top of the box w/ our fe gifts (box also delivered today) on our front step!

I just heard back from the printer. He will ship the shirts to me on November 5 and I will have the shirts in my possession by November 7. There is a delay because his supplier didn't have enough shirts and won't be able to deliver our full order until November 2. So, we go to press on November 3, the shirts dry on November 4 and he ships on November 5.

I will box them up on the 8th and ship them on the 9th...that means you should have your shirts by the 12th (since the 11th is a holiday) or 13th (since it is 2 to 3 day shipping).

Is this a problem for anyone????? LisaD, when do you leave for FL?

Here's a tip for the newbies (because I screwed this up last time )

After you complete your online registration, make sure you print out and sign your cruise contract, which is located at the bottom of the online registration info.

Last cruise, I did everything online and didn't realize I had to print anything out. So.......my SIL and I had to fill a bunch of forms out again when we got to the port.
