Hi everyone,

We're finally down to the packing stage. I've got a few loads of laundry to do and now I'm sitting down to find all those magnet designs that have been posted over the past many months.

Lisa, glad to hear the Bar Mitzvah went well...sorry to hear about your AC though.

Well...back to magnet searching. See everyone soon!

Hello Turkeys

Hope everyone is getting all their last minutes items squared away.

We were off the boards for a couple of days... I had to make an unexpected trip to the hospital with some breathing problems.... It turns out I have adult onset Asthma. WOW was not expecting that one ! I play tennis regularly and DH and like running... So I had an espisode then straight to ER.... I feel about 95% today and we are busy getting ready to head to Animal Kingdom later in the week.

I think DH and I decided to mail items directly to ship. Our FE items are very bulky so we thought that might be best. Chun did you do this also???


I will print the mini navigators later this week. If we have any other items to add, speak now or forever hold your peace. We have a few get togethers throughout the week that are always fun. I will be a the port as early as I can, I will try to meet up with Chun so we can catch everyone together.... Chuck and Larry will be easy to spot.

Laura we will have three for the Bunco, thanks....

Karen, 9:00 at the Walt and Mickey will be great for the MVMCP will be great. Hope other will stop by and say hi. I plan on wearing my Santa Hat !!!!

Chuck, Lisa & Mason... Mazel Tov.... This is a really special time... Mason's will be here before too long... We went to a wonderful Bat Mitzvah at the B'nai Jacob several months ago, it was a wonderful family celebration....

Karen: Good Luck with the shoes and last minute shopping...

Lisa: Safe travel and hope the ear infection goes away fast

Christine: Hope DD gets better real soon... My DD is look forward to meeting her and LK4 neice. All about the same age.

Sherri: Good luck with all the packing and hope to see you guys at the MVMCP even if just for a few minutes.


WOW lots of catching up to do. I hope I finished the DISigns that everyone needed. If anyone needs anything, just let me know so I can finish on Sunday....

This time next week, We will be starting to get ready for the sail away party !!!!! YEAH !!!!!!!!

I thought maybe you were done with magnets....if you have time, would you be able to do a Halo one for my Nicholas? I made Garrett's last night and Nick had a fit over it. Also, since my friend is going instead of my DH, do you have anything you could use and put "Thelma & Louis take on the High Seas"? So sorry about your diagnosis, what a bummer.

I do have a request. My Mom, jeniamt's grandmother, will be turning 92 on Dec 9. We are planning to celebrate her birthday on formal night (a surprise to her) and would love a birthday sign for her door.

She goes by Tudie but the grandchildren & greatgrands call her Ahnie. I leave it up to you, and only if you have the time.

Sorry I haven't read today so I've missed things. Had an Almost Sleep Over with my Daisy troop last night - very fun! - and Rock Wall climbing with my Cadette troop today - also a blast.

But, I just have to say, packing is NOT going well. Clothes are EVERYWHERE. Dh just looked at the mess and said, "Well, I guess its a good thing you started now". The problem is that over the last year I kept seeing all these "cute" cruise clothes and I was buying them one at a time but apparently I need to go on a 20 day cruise not a 7 day cruise. The piles of clothes are insane right now. Everyone already has a full suitcase and I have a hanging suitcase for the dress up clothes and another duffel bag for the fe stuff and the over the door hangers and shoe organizers. And no one has any pants packed yet

Speaking of which - the weather - I thought you were talking about not so great weather and so I've been afraid to check. But dh checked today and he said its supposed to be 80s all week with evenings in the 70s. I so hope this is true!!

And dsis just told me they booked a van to take us to the port at noon, so we won't be there real early unfortunately.

But I also have a favor to ask -I've got door magnets for everyone but my dad- The ones that Michelle does? They have some disney character in the name can someone please make the name Poppa? He loves mickey, but at this point anything would work.

Hi everyone-

So far it has been a perfect day!! Our nephew did amazing on his Bar Mitzvah!! Tonight is the big party to celebrate. It feels good to wear clothes that are not sweats!!

Only one small problem, we are home during the break b/w the service and the party...and our a/c upstairs is not working!! Luckily, the service provider can come Monday to repair it---my last day at home before going back to work. My plan for Monday is to do the laundry and pack. Chuck is shocked b/c I usually pack the night before leaving. This year I have no excuse!!

I just went to print out the FE list and found that my name was not added. We are on the MommyMinnie FE list but have been left off the other two. I have been watching the boards and know that the numbers of those particpating have climbed but did not think to check the list until printing it a few minutes ago.

If you would add db4huskers to the list we are in room 8536. Thanks.

We have our gift ready and would still like to take part. I even bought a FE off of E-bay.

Hard to believe we'll just be finishing up our first dinner this time next week.

We have one large suitcase and a garment bag packed so far. Our friend is driving down by himself so we are all loading him up with some of our luggage.

By the way, I am usually horrible with names, so I hope everyone repeatedly reminds me of their screen name and real name during the week when I see you!

When I made a change to my Mom's info all I did was click on her name and made the changes. I would try simply clicking below 8078 and enter your info, should work. If it does not, I am sure someone else on this thread will come to your rescue.

Just wondered where you would be staying because several of the Turkey families are at the Radisson and plan on getting together before we sail.
