According to the DCL website:
Palo Dress Code:
At dinner, a dress shirt or jacket is required to be worn for men and a dress or pantsuit is required to be worn by women. No jeans allowed. At brunch and high tea, attire is cruise casual, meaning no shorts, jeans, swimwear or tank tops.


I also added your room to our FE Map (the link is at the top of the FE list)

We have been working on packing. All the airline restrictions have me really stressed... We are going to lug a few more itmes on the plane than normal. I will most likely do a load of laundry on the ship... Just to save some space....

Good grief, we are flying down on Thursday... MVMCP on Friday yeah !!!

Am I really this excited? I am going to Disney and then on a Disney Cruise.. WOW... next week...

I just had a bad thought... might there be families on the cruise who hang FE's but aren't on this board? I have the EXACT number of stuff to hand out and would feel really bad for those other folks.

If they do then they may not be wanting to participate in the big one. When we went on the Wonder last July we booked only a few days before we went. We hung out our FE not for others to fill, but we would put things in so our DD would still think Mickey was dropping things by.

Hello Everyone,
I just went to print out the FE list and found that my name was not added. We are on the MommyMinnie FE list but have been left off the other two. I have been watching the boards and know that the numbers of those particpating have climbed but did not think to check the list until printing it a few minutes ago.

If you would add db4huskers to the list we are in room 8536. Thanks.

We have our gift ready and would still like to take part. I even bought a FE off of E-bay.

Sorry about that the last few weeks things have gotten crazy and guess I missed it. I thought I was checking things out consistently.

I know someone printed the dress code. I have gone to high tea several times and pretty much as long as you are not in shorts they are happy.

We have printed our packing lists and starting packing. My husband and daughter plan on doing all their stuff will I am gone tomorrow.

I just found out I have to go Wednesday AM for my CPR/First Responders update. I cannot do Sunday as I will be at Sea.

Tomorrow is my last dance party before the cruise. I will be all brushed up on my moves for Saturday.

I still haven't started packing and will be doing that in the morning -- packing for 2 day work trip on Monday & Tuesday as well as vacation.

I can't wait -- it's getting so close

Hello Turkeys

Hope everyone is getting all their last minutes items squared away.

We were off the boards for a couple of days... I had to make an unexpected trip to the hospital with some breathing problems.... It turns out I have adult onset Asthma. WOW was not expecting that one ! I play tennis regularly and DH and like running... So I had an espisode then straight to ER.... I feel about 95% today and we are busy getting ready to head to Animal Kingdom later in the week.

I think DH and I decided to mail items directly to ship. Our FE items are very bulky so we thought that might be best. Chun did you do this also???


I will print the mini navigators later this week. If we have any other items to add, speak now or forever hold your peace. We have a few get togethers throughout the week that are always fun. I will be a the port as early as I can, I will try to meet up with Chun so we can catch everyone together.... Chuck and Larry will be easy to spot.

Laura we will have three for the Bunco, thanks....

Karen, 9:00 at the Walt and Mickey will be great for the MVMCP will be great. Hope other will stop by and say hi. I plan on wearing my Santa Hat !!!!

Chuck, Lisa & Mason... Mazel Tov.... This is a really special time... Mason's will be here before too long... We went to a wonderful Bat Mitzvah at the B'nai Jacob several months ago, it was a wonderful family celebration....

I kept suggesting mailing boxes prior to cruise but DM decided against it. So we will be paying the airline extra $$$ for additional luggages. Hence my comment on doing some heavy liftings.

We should be easy to spot at the terminal also. So far I think we are the only Asian looking family that will be wearing the Turkey Gang shirts. Maybe I'll even wear my name tag starting Saturday morning.

Just 5 more days till we leave.
