My home resort is SSR, but I have never had the opportunity to dine at the Turf Club.

I've just made spur of the moment trip plans for mid-May. Due to the fact that I'm only 30 days out at this point, ADR's are rather difficult for dinner,

I was wondering what the Turf Club was like? Anyone been there recently? I'd love to hear your thoughts ... good or bad

We had lunch there this past March and we liked it very much. The lava cake is to die for.

One of my favorite places--especially if it's warm outside and you sit on the patio.

Absolutely loved it! We ate there twice for lunch and once for dinner on our trip to SSR last Oct. It was nice enough out to sit on the patio and it's really lovely out there.

We had dinner there about a month ago. We liked the steaks that we ordered. However, we weren't too thrilled with the lava cake. And just as a warning, if you are in a hurry for your dessert, make sure you order the lava cake early. We were told after we finished our entree that it would take about 15 minutes for the lava cake and was told that it would be worth it. We weren't in too much of a hurry, although it was quite late already. But we didn't find it very good.

We LOVE Turf Club! In fact, it is one of our "must do" dining places each trip. We usually stay at OKW, so it's also easy access for us.

Highly recommend The Turf Club. The Ceasar Salad is incredible!! We were very surprized how much we enjoyed it. A hidden gem... don't tell everyone, we'll never get an ADR.

We have there several times for dinner, and once for lunch. Great meal every time!

The Onion Ring Appetizer is worth the trip!

We ate there in March and it was fabulous. I'm still thinking about the steak with blue cheese sauce. Very yummy! We ate on the patio and really enjoyed the atmosphere.

We ate here back in March and really enjoyed it. My dh and I had steaks and our friends both had the shrimp pasta. We all loved our food. We ate inside since it was a little chilly outside, but we were really surprised how much we liked this place. We've stayed at SSR several times, but this was the first time we ate at The Turf Club. It's a definite "do again" for our next trip!

I had dinner once with my dd6. the food is good...the atmopshere is awesome...and the desserts are just to die for

Another vote in favor of the Turf Club. SSR is our home resort too, however, we had never eaten there until this past Dec. trip. We walked up for lunch and had a great meal. I think I ordered the onion ring appetizer and the hamburger. I can't remember what DH had but I know we both had the lava cake.

The food is very good. The dining room is also very nice. However, the menu no longer lists the "Turf Club Potatoes" which were my favorite. Olivia's also no longer lists "Olivia's Potatoes" which were the same thing (scalloped potatoes made with Gruyere cheese). They were replaced by boring old mashed potatoes. ugh

The Turf Club is my newest favorite restaurant! We have ate there 3 times and always excellent service, food and never any waiting! San we pleeeeeeeease keep this place a secret!

we'll be staying at SSR next month, and were thinking of trying the Turf Club. Do you need an ADR to dine here? Hopefully not, because we just want to show up if we decide to dine there.

We ate dinner there in March. We both had the Prime Rid. It was outstanding!!!!! The salad was also great. We will definitely eat there again.

We are SSR owners and had lunch there in December (Caesar salads, mussels, and onion rings) and are planning on going back for lunch on the day we arrive next week. This time we will be staying at OKW and will take the boat over.
