Turf Club Bar and Grill

I know i read something about them opening a new eatery at Saratoga springs does anyone know if this is it? Also has anyone had the chance to eat here? How was the food? Was there a view of anything from the restaurant? How would you rate your overal experience?

When we were there the second week in June the Bar and Grill(Sandwiches) was open but the sit down dinner part wasn't ready yet.
