Tums or Rolaids?

I know Tums is supposed to be better for you with loads of calcium in it and everything, but I like the way Rolaids taste (and I know they have calcium too). Rolaids is chalky tasting, but less chalky. I like the spearmint flavor.

I don't know that there is a difference, but my doc said Tums.

I rarely get heartburn, but DH gets it almost daily...he lives on Pepcid

My Doc says Tums...women need the extra calcium. I really can't stand either one of them but when I was pg I had really bad heartburn and had to take the tums.

*sing song voice here* I don't have to take either.....
or at least since my gastric bypass surgery last year. Boy that
stopped the heartburn DEAD! But, Tums was my tablet of
choice before.
