SNOW is DEFINITEY heading my way (or so they SAY )!

I actually saw this riddle right away...funnier yet....yesterday's TOTALLY escaped me....but when I logged on this AM...I looked at it and IMMEDIATELY say the answer......(of course TOO late to post it... ) maybe my boss visiting was clouding my reasoning abilities...
