Got outside for 15mins this morn - its cold but we have a ft of snow coming - I know I wont be out walking tomorrow - shoveling maybe
Hoping to get my 10,000 steps by end of day

How are you getting your exercise today?
 
I just finished up with 20 minutes on the treadmill. Trying to get back on track with my exercise, so I'm happy to have made it today.

I did the FIRM cardio sculpt -- it's a great workout. I may have to actually purchase this one :)

i'm cleaning a bit too today and tackling some messes in DDs room on this snow day. activity activity!
 
FIRM BSS1 body sculpt (upper body) for me this morning! Great work everyone - keep it up!:bounce: :Pinkbounc
 

No official workout for me today, I went on a field trip with a bunch of 2nd and 3rd graders though. :)

7 Miles running! That's great. Sounds like everyone is moving
today. Today is my lighter day so I did 45 minutes/3 miles on the treadmill mixing walking/jogging and increasing/decreasing the incline to keep it interesting. Now that DDs are in bed I can use the VCR and do the Pilates tape that takes about 20 minutes. I really like it as it's challenging without wiping me out.

You all put me to shame. :o I only did the 2 mile WATP video.
 
Kim a 2 Mile WATP tape is a great workout too! Any exercise is better than sitting in front of the TV munching on something ;) .

I did 45 min on the treadmill early this morning before work and then I was up and down the basement staires quite a few times this afternoon getting some winter things put away.
 
I did 40 minutes on the treadmill and an hour long Yoga class. No gym tomorrow thought:(
 
I mostly recovered from my first attempt at The Firm Cardio Sculpt yesterday, but by 11pm i felt recovered enough to get some Pilates in. And I actually accomplished all the exercises i normally do. though a bit slower. Tomorrow its back to Cardio Sculpt.

I only got to do 35 mins on the EFX and 15 mins strength. DD hustled me out the door. She kept bugging me every 2 mins. Finally, I said "You are getting on my last nerve! Go sit down and I will collect you when I'm done!" OMG!!!! Did I get the BAD MOMMY AWARD from my fellow worker-outers! Needless to say, I cut it short and quietly apologised to DD, and explained to her, that when I am 25 mins into an aerobic workout, I am not on this particular planet, and am pretty much unapproachable, unless there is a life threatening emergency. She said "NO KIDDING!" We held hands the whole way home from the gym.::yes:: Anyway, don't know what today will bring for exercise, but I will do something!

Today I did 100 crunches and the FIRM Body Sculpt (the first time I did the entire tape). I also added weights this time. I'm a little sore but at least I know it worked! ;)
