More room and easier to live in tent. The guys mind is fried. He has taken in waaaayyyy too much greenie weenie information and is suffering for it. It's a shame really.

After recently touring IKEA and seeing how innovative they are with utilizing tiny spaces, this might be doable. I sure like it from a housekeeping point of view!! I've had my big house (3200 sq ft), my big, 45' motor home with 4 slides, and got rid of it all. There are only 2 of us and I got tired of spending all my free time keeping house. I now have a 1000 sq ft (living space) house and a 32' MH with 2 slides. Both are more than adequate for me. The only "BIG" room I require is a kitchen. I like lots of counters and storage for all my gadgets.

If it were 100% up to me, I'd get rid of the house and live full-time in the motor home.

This is a cute idea - although not really that "green". I'm looking at the weight of the structure and how heavy duty a truck you would need to pull it. Can you say 2 MPG??

Yeah - I’m not into it for the Green - I just think it’s cute and nicer than the average camper. Plus we could customize it to our needs. I like the idea that I could get creative with it - you know? There is something so impersonal about the big behemoths that roll off the assembly line with every need attended to and anticipated. I must be nuts.

They are cute, however we would have to have 1 for each of us so that makes 8. They might actually be kinda nice especially when the girls hit their teenage years.
