Cherbear, crossing my fingers for you. And sorry the egg process is getting stressful Esbrick, I hope it all works out!
Can I just say I hate insurance companies? I am trying to set up the HSG and this is how it has gone-
Call 1 from doctor's office- "We called your insurance and nothing will be covered, it will cost $2,000"
Call 2 to the insurance- "Yes, it will be 100% covered by us"
Call 3- "yes, we will cover it, but you need authorization before proceeding"
Call 4- "Can I get authorization"... "um, you don't need authorization, so no"
Call 5- "You don't need authorization, but you have a $2,000 lifetime infertility limit and since you have already used some you might not have any leftover to pay for this procedure"
What??? I don't even know if I can believe anyone I call at United Healthcare anymore and I don't want a surprise $2,000 bill in the mail just because I wanted to know if my tubes were open
