Mea culpa!

I posted incorrect information on several threads and figured I should correct it.

I said that the TSA Administrator indicated that kids under 12 would not get a patdown. Based on reports I am reading and seeing on TV today, that is not what he said. Sorry for any false hope I gave parents.

You weren't wrong. You said children wouldn't be getting the enhanced pat downs (whatever that means). You never said that children will be exempt from any pat downs.

Again, your posts suggested the TSA was backing off the enhanced pat downs. I never interpreted your post to suggest kids would be exempt from any pat down.

I think the way you worded your post was accurate.
