TS without ADRs?

We already have ADRs for most of our meals, with one night of our 10 night trip left unplanned. There are a few places I can't seem to decide between, but because our plans for that day are pretty much up in the air, I would like some options that don't necessarily require ADRs.

What would the wait times be like for Restaurant Marrakesh without ADRs in Oct? I really want to try it, but DH is skeptical and since 4 of our 9 ADRs are at Epcot, I don't know that I want to add another until we know where we'll be that day.

How about Olivia's at OKW? ADRs needed or not?

Any other suggestions for TS dinners that might not require ADRs?

We always go to Disney in May at least. We always eat at Le Cellier. There are always walk-ups who try to get in who get refused. The hostesses always list the WS TS's that are taking walk-ups and Marrakkesh is ALWAYS on the list. They usually have a podium out in the pavillion with someone there who has a sample menu and to take reservations. I think it's pretty safe to say that you could eat there with no problem.

Biergarten is one to try as a walk-up. You can always check with guest services once you know your schedule and see what is available for the day.
ESPN Club does not take ADR's, you just get on the list or there is open seating in the bar area, first come first serve.

I have often called Disney Dining on the day of, to see what's available and make an ADR. It's always worth a try, once you decide which park you are going to. You may not get into the most popular restaurants, but you should be able to get a meal. Don't overlook a nearby resort restaurant either, especially if there is EMH that night. For example, if you're at Epcot and the Food and Wine Fest has the restaurants filled, try one of the Epcot resorts.
