TS restaurants with daily specials?

I was just wondering if most of the TS resaturants that aren't buffets have a list of daily specials like other restaurants outside of WDW. Most places you go have a special appetizer, several different entrees, etc. I have seen on posts where people talk about eating things that I have not seen on the posted menu, such as steak and lobster at LC. Does anyone remember? Thanks

Our only non-buffet/non-family dining dinnners last year were the Concourse Steakhouse and PSB at Norway, I don't remember any specials being offered at either of those restaraunts. Maybe some of the more expensive TS places like the California Grill or Citricos would have specials for dinner.

Most of the restaurants have paper menus. When the menu changes (specials or whatnot) they just print new ones.

The finer restaurants do vary their menus by what is available fresh. However, I've noticed a lot less of that at WDW than in my local neighborhood. I believe that this is because of WDW's tremendous buying power: They can expect the best of the best on a regular basis. Also WDW is a massive operation, and probably couldn't readily withstand a substantial number of additional, individual deliveries to individual restaurants, which would be necessary to support daily specials like that.

That makes sense, I suppose. I've already made my ADR's based on the regular menus, so I don't know why I'm even wondering. I guess you could call me OBSESSED!!!! Thanks.

A couple of years ago, I had the BEST non-menu special on Whispering Canyon Cafe. It was fish (grouper, I think), and very, very good. I loved it.
