Just curious on how others plan their ADR's..do you plan all new dining experiences, only revisit ones that you LOVED last trip or a combo of both?
Here are ours for next week:goodvibes :

Coral Reef: kids favorite from last trip.
Spoodles: New experience...have never been to that area of the World so we are excited to try the rest. as well as check out the Boardwalk.:goodvibes
LeCellier: DH one and only MUST do every trip.:lovestruc
Boma: sort of a re-visit...we did it once a few years ago when the kids were too young for any of us to enjoy.
Whispering Canyon: revisit...we all enjoyed it last trip...Nice break from our day at the MK.

What are your dining plans for your upcoming trip? :confused3 :) :)

We try to do a combination, some favorites & some new.

Upcoming trip:
Hollywood Brown Derby, a must do every trip
LeCellier, been many times, but not on the last trip. Doing the Candlelight Processional package this time :santa:
Jiko, is our "new" signature to try this trip
Olivia's, looking forward to trying this one :goodvibes
'Ohanas, DS was so little last time we went there, it's practically a new restaurant for us ;)

We try and do a bit of both but my main goal is to try all the restaurants...we have a ton of new places for our trip next month like

Boma dinner
Cali Grill
Jiko
Marrakesh
Sci Fi lunch
San Angel Inn lunch
Grand Floridian Cafe breakfast

I think it is so great to try new places but then I miss some of my old favs so we have to change it up a bit. Either that or I need to stay in WDW twice as long for each vacation! :lmao:

For our long trip (2 weeks in the summer) we do a combination of old favorites:

Ohana (breakfast and dinner)
Crystal Palace (breakfast)
1900 Park Fare (breakfast and dinner)
Chef Mickey's (dinner)
LTT (dinner)
Coral Reef (dinner)
Biergarten (dinner)
Le Cellier (dinner)
Sci-Fi (lunch)
Hollywood Brown Derby (dinner)
Cape May Buffet (breakfast)
Princess Storybook Breakfast

This year we added some new ones (now to be favorites!)
Tutto Italia
Narcoose's
Mama Melrose
Rose and Crown
Wave

The only restaurants we tired and probably won't return to are:
Hollywood and Vine and Tony's Town Square.

One's that we liked but don't do every trip are: Restaurant Marrakesh,
Garden Grill, Boma, Kona Cafe, Rainforrest Cafe. Whispering Canyon Cafe and
Grand FLoridian Cafe.

Our only repeat from last trip is CP.

New ones are 1900 PF, CRT, CM, Ohana and Sci Fi.

On our last trip I waited to long to book and couldn't gt anything. I know better now.

We try to do a few new ones, but we have so many favorites that we do all of those and sometimes we have to do some twice since we are there for so long.

I have a combination of both:

Repeats are CRT and Cape May Cafe. New this year are 1900 PF, LTT, Whispering Canyon, and Crystal Palace.

We usually do both:

Rose & Crown (new)
Tusker House (breakfast-new)
House of Blues (DH's MUST do)
Hollywood & Vine (Tried for dinner last time, going for breakfast this time.)
50's Primetime (new)
Ohana
Liberty Tree (new)
Plaza (new)
Kona (My must do)

We have a combination of both favorites and new adventures planned.

Encores: Kona, LTT and 50s PTC

Making their Debut: Grand Floridian Cafe, Biergarten, Spoodles, Yachtsman, and CP. I have a ressie for 1900 PF also, but am sadly thinking it may not work in the day & haven't been able to rebook it.

Funny thing is our *favorite* from last time the Coral Reef didn't make it on the books this time - go figure. :confused3

For our upcoming trip:

Visit every trip:
Les Chefs de France (dinner)

Been to but not every trip:
Hollywood Brown Derby (dinner)

Been a couple times:
Crystal Palace (breakfast)
LTT (dinner)

New to us:
Coral Reef (dinner)
Tusker House (breakfast)
Sci-fi (lunch)

This trip has special circumstance, since we're taking a 1st time visitor. Normally, we don't do character meals & do more Signature restaurants. She's much pickier than we are though. My family will eat anything as long as it's good quality.

Mine is usually a combo of both. This trip the returning favorites are:

Chef Mickey's
Crystal Palace
LTT
Prime Time 50's

New One's
Biergarten with the Candlelight Processional Package
Tusker House w/Donald & friends
Boatwright's possibly

we always do our favorites:

50s primetime (dinner)
sci-fi (lunch)
narcoosees (dinner)
le cellier (lunch)
coral reef (dinner)
liberty tree tavern (lunch)
capn jack (dinner)

but also include each trip one new place - this december it will be lunch at mama melrose - never been, looking forward to it!

2007:
Garden Grill
Cape May (breakfast)
Crystal Palace
Hollywood & Vine
Beaches & Cream
Sci-Fi

2008:
Coral Reef
Cape May (breakfast twice)
Crystal Palace
Rainforest Cafe
California Grill
50's Prime Time

2009:
Marrakesh
Chef Mickey's
LeCellier
Coral Reef
T-Rex Cafe (hopefully)
CRT (breakfast)
Mama Melrose's

We try to branch out a little each time :wizard:

We have our old favorites, and try and throw a couple of new places in each year. My problem....too many eateries, not enough time!!:confused3

We're doing a little of each -

Le Cellier - DH's favorite and 1st request.
Biergarten - new because our goal is to try each Epcot country once. Also doing it because I was teasing DH it would be good preparation to have to sit with strangers in preparation for our cruise next year. DH isn't looking forward to that.
50s Prime Time - new for us
BOMA - new for us. Wanted to try it last time but couldn't fit it in.
Cape May - clam bake - DS13 must have
CP - dinner last time but breakfast this time

Repeats:
Sci-fi (I know not great but we do this for dinner the day we arrive)
Corel Reef-dinner
LeCellier (twice every time we go)-lunch both times
50's PT-dinner
Ohana- breakfast
Boma (everyone like it but me, I was sick so I'm giving it another try)-dinner
Liberty Tree- dinner

New:
Cape May-dinner
Grand Floridian Cafe-lunch
The Wave-dinner

We do both. We for a shorter time so we pick 2 we want to return to and 2 new ones.

This trip we are repeating Kona and Boma. Trying CP and CM. Yes, we are just now trying those 2. My DS14 was scared of the characters when he was littles and now thinks he is tooo cool for them. He can't go this year because of school so we are finally trying them.

In the past, we have gone to LeCellier, WCC, Plaza, GF Cafe, Alfredo's, 50's PT, Sci Fi, ESPN, Big River, LTT. I think that is all not sure.

We also like to try new things we read about on the DIS for CS and snacks. This year my DSmom and I want to try Figaro fries. We will be returning to Goofy's for sure!!!

We do a combination of old favorites that have become tradition, and some new ones for variety.
Our meal plans are-
Arrival evening--- We added Whispering Canyon on our last trip first night and LOVED it, so it became a new tradition.
Day 1 MK--- Dinner at Kona Cafe, new for us
Day 2 HS--- Lunch at 50s Prime Time, went once before a couple trips ago and enjoyed it, liked the atmosphere at SciFi so went there last trip but the food was better at 50s and after going back to SciFi we decided we liked atmosphere at 50 better too.
Day 3---No parks and no TS this day (DTD for shopping and yummy CS)
Day 4--- AK, No TS today either but Flame Tree for sure
Day 5--- Lunch at Beaches and Cream (for a kitchen sink, no real lunch), and Thanksgiving dinner at Chef Mickey's (we always do both on Thanksgiving)
Day 6--- CRT for breakfast (it's tradition and we love it!)
Day 7--- LeCellier for lunch (new for us and we are very excited!, hope it doesn't disapoint becasue we are giving up Coral Reef for it) and Akerhaus for dinner (also the first time for us, trying to get excited about it, but mostly we are doing it so DD6 can meet her favorite Ariel and DD9 can see Belle in her gown, and that is the exciting part, hopefully the food will suprise us!)
Day 8--- Heading home day, but not before going for a late breakfast at Chef Mickey's which we always do on our last morning, a bitter sweet goodbye. But our favorite way to say good-bye...

I only included TS meals, we do the same with CS meals, though there are so few we have not gone to before. We love Cosmic Ray's, but other then that once or twice, we are pretty open to where we eat except the only place we do not enjoy in Disney, ABC Commissary, just our opinion, but we don't like it.

So, we are a mix of traditions and new experiences, this makes our vacations fun and brings back old memories for us as well as allows us time to create new memories and sometimes new traditions.
