I'm not sure why this is happening to me, but we moved in November and now that we desperately need those codes and discounts my address keeps reverting back to the old one...I've tried several times to go onto my profile and edit my information, it says it has processed my request and thanks, but when I go back into my profile, it still has my old address...
also when I call 407WD.... they say they've changed my address and I shouldn't have any more problems, but tonight a VERY AWESOME CM said that they changed the address for my children but not for me...so she changed it and while she was working on that I went to the Disney site and now I can't even log in...they've got all new graphics and I'm wondering if anyone else is having problems logging in...I can't get a postcard code if no one knows my address!
So sad I have to rely on codes to make this trip happen...but, whatever it takes, right?
