Trying to reserve Wishes Feb 27th

Went online to make FP+ reservations, and after resolving a glitch where it didn't want to recognize my hotel reservations, I was finally able to make them all..... except one. the first day there is just an evening, so I planned to make a reservation for the fireworks. But when I tried, it said that reservations were not allowed for that attraction. I figured that even though I was reserving 60 days in advance, and it was only a couple of minutes after midnight eastern time, the firework FP+ spots could already be taken by those reserving 60+ days out as a later day in their reservations, just like I was reserving all my FP+ for my whole trip 60 days from the first reservation day. But just to be sure, I called customer service, and they told me that the fireworks are not available to reserve usually until 2-3 weeks before the desired time. Does anyone have any experience with this? to I just have to haunt the reservation My Experience page and see when it may randomly be available?

SOMETIMES it is that way.
SOMETIMES it appears right away at the 60-day mark.

Inconsistency.
Better get used to it.

That sounds a bit scary. Any idea how to find out when the Wishes FP+ will be available for a particular day?

I already have 3 FP+ for that day, are you saying I can't change one of them to a Wishes FP+ online, that I have to talk to a customer service on the phone to do this?

You may or may not be able to make the switch online. It seems to be hit-or-miss as to whether those FPs are available. I don't think that calling customer service on the phone will give you any more of a chance of getting the FPs than will trying online.
