Trying to renew our A/P's...what a headache!!

I have been on the phone for the last 50 min. trying to get our A/P's revewed using our gift cards to no avail. I have been transferred twice and am still holding. I had already confirmed that I could use multiple gift cards but now the agent is having problems putting thru more than 2 cards...UGH!!! Anyone else have this much difficulty??

That's where I started but the first CM said only two could be used and then transferred me. Thankfully after literally an hour and 15 min, I got a CM who was able to do it with no issues. I'm now having difficulty linking the confirmation # they gave me to MDE .
