Trying to put a picture in my sig -HELP-

I would like to put a picture with my signature line.

I have forgotten the correct html to use......can someone help me?

But.... I'm sorry to tell you it's too big. The limit is 30K, and yours is 72+K, which is much too much.


Please either resize so less bytes, or find one that isn't quite so big.

I'm really sorry---I had no idea my clipart was too big
I've seen many posters with clip art this size,or having several cliparts in their sigs.
Is it possibly bacuse mine is a .gif ?

Unfortunately I have no idea how to resize it........however, if you have time to explain, or can refer me somewhere to learn, I will do my best.

Clipart Guideline Rules

* No more than 30K total bytes
* No more than 2 cliparts
* No bigger than 200x200, or 400x100 (banner)

Exceptions

* Clipart in memory of our dear friend and fellow moderator Sylvia
* Clipart honoring the fallen and our heroes of 9/11
* We do not count smileys as part of clipart, however, we ask that you not overdo it
* Countdowns (the ones sanctioned by the WMs) do not count as part of the clipart

To find out size and bytes, right-click on your clipart, and click on properties.
