We are buying our first contract and it is via resale.
We closed on 2/12, the deed showed on the Comptroller the same day, and we just heard from direct sales (we are buying a 75 point add on) that our account is created and the points are loaded. I was able to get my membership ID (as we are going through a direct buy as well) and will be calling for the activation code shortly.
