Trying to decide between May 1, May 8 or May 22

We need to go to Disneyland by May 25 to use the last day on my husband's SoCal three-day ticket (I have an annual pass). We need to go on a Monday because that is the best day of the week for my husband and his work schedule. The only Mondays we have available are May 1, 8 or 22. Which one would you choose? I'm thinking that May 22 is so close to the "use by" date for that SoCal ticket that the parks might be busier that week and maybe we should go earlier in the month.

I'd go earlier that way if something comes up you have time to reschedule.

Good point. I guess I'm also just wondering if there is anything going on on those days that could make the park more busy than normal.

Check the convention calendar. There are always events, but you want to avoid any big ones. I know there are some cheer events in May, but I'm not sure that they cross into Mondays.
