I hear you! I'm around 135, not huge, and have been working out at least 4 times a week for a month. My clothes are still tight so I guess I had more to tone up than I thought. Hubby thought maybe I was building muscle so I might appear trimmer but still bulky where there used to flab but now there is muscle!??

(I think he's just trying to make me feel better). We're not going until Christmas, but I still want to be in shape to at least fit into my usual summer garb. Too many treats this winter and not enough moving around!!!
