Does anyone know how much it costs for 5 of us to take a cab from where we dock in St. Thomas to get on the Red Hook to get to Trunk Bay? And by the way, how much is it to ride on the Red Hook? Thanks.

We did St. Thomas on our own and it was great. We went to Trunk Bay--don't forget to budget for the cost to go to Trunk Bay as it's a National Park and there is an entrance fee.

Hi dzneprincess, We just got back from our cruise last week and we went to Trunk Bay (on our own). It was absolutly beautiful! We went snorkeling and had a great time. It cost us $8 per person for a taxi to Red hook. Then $4 per person for the ferry ride over to St. John. Then another $4 per person for the taxi ride to Trunk Bay. We went from about 10:00 to 2:30. It takes about 45 min each way. This was cheaper than the excusion. This was one of the best highlights of our trip Tink5
