Hello,
We are repainting two kids rooms with a light lavender and a light lime green (in eggshell or satin or whatever can be wiped) over contractor grade standard tan flat paint. I would love to use one of the new paint / primer in one can options but only if they really work.....It is not budget friendly if the coverage is terrible!!
So any recent experience with the Glidden Duo (home depot) or a similar produt at Lowe's, Sherwin Williams, Benjamin Moore etc...
thanks!

First of all, no matter the paint, you always need to do two coats if you want to achieve the full depth of the color...yes, even with the primer/paint in one. Accept the fact that you need to do two coats and you will be much happier with the final product, even if you use a crappy paint. lol Whichever brand you go with, ALWAYS go for the top of the line one offered in that particular brand. It is absolutely worth it.
