I booked my reservation online on 1/16 and received an email telling me to call back to place my credit card on file. I have called multiple times during the weekday during their open hours and no one has answered. I even left a voice mail but no one has called me back. Is something going on with them? We are 2 days away from our trip so I need to get something set in stone. I'm not sure how I feel about trusting them to pick me up if they don't even answer the phone.
Hmmmm. I have called and left messages but someone has always called me back within a few minutes. I was able to get them on the phone immediately twice when I called, in late October when our morning flight was delayed. I have just never had this experience with them.
Just re-read your post...I have always called and have never booked online with them.
