Trouble with Photopass website?

anyone having trouble putting together their photobooks at the photopass website? i've done photobooks on shutterfly before with no problems, but the photopass website is extremely slow to drop the pictures into the album. i am waiting FOREVER for just one picture to finish loading in.

is this a problem they always have or perhaps is it just slow this morning? If I had not done a pre-purchase, I would have given up by now.

I had this problem too back in March. It was my first experience with them or anyone. I agree with the poster above. Some systems are plain slow, it did suck up a lot of my time but the finished product is worth it. I love my finished book and showed it off to everyone. All our family and friends loved it and were impressed by it. Very high quality. We are very happy we did the Photopass CDs and photo book. This was our first time using their products and will definitely do it again.

I tried continuing with the book like it says...it doesn't allow me. All I have been able to do thus far is put a pic on the cover, put 3 pics on the 1st page, and when I try to put a 3rd pic on the 2nd page it just keeps uploading...doesn't let me do anything else. It will take me 6 months to finish at this rate.

It been overly slow lately and keeps booting me out. My pics expire on the 19th and I can't manage or order, because it is so slow!

i had to extend my pics for 10 bucks for 15 days. absolutley horrible!!! ive been up til 2 am some nites trying to fix pics to how i want. i did speak to them today to make sure my extension went through and he did applogize, but didnt offer to waive the fee.
