Trouble with BOG pre-order

I've been trying for two days now to pre-order our BOG lunch and Breakfast. It let's me select the food, and review the order, but then says there was a problem placing your order please try again. Am I doing something wrong or is it just an issue with the site? I have pre-ordered on a previous trip and had no issue.

there was a thread in the last week or so about people having trouble with pre orders, problem turned out to be having "guest1", instead of the persons real name in the ADR

Thank you! My name was showing as guest 1, but the other two guests on the reservation were blank. I changed those to my DD and DH and it worked fine after that.
