Trouble this morning!

So the MDE won't do my 180 + 10 and the old site won't recognize my already linked DVC reservation! So much for being on line at 6:00 am !
 
Did you try calling in? I had success getting several reservations that were showing not available online by calling in.....and had the opposite as well, online telling me nothing available and after I got off the phone there was a time available online (very possible it was a matter of a cancellation timed perfectly).
 
Woo hoo! Got all my ressies including BOG in less than 15 minutes. Now to wait for Candlelight packages! So excited!

Wouldn't recognize mine either but did on the 4th try! Once I was in I had no trouble getting anything I wanted. I have no idea why but it finally worked.

(I also had a linked DVC reservation)
 
I was up at O Dark 30 to try to make dining reservations this morning too! Very unsuccessfully, I might add! Site would sometimes allow me to choose my Dec dates, sometimes it wouldnt. It gave me an error every time. Tried both old and new site. Had to go to work so DH called at 7 am and they said we had to call back tomorrow. We have a split reservation...Sat, Dec 14 on one reservation, Dec 15-22 on another...but I swear the rep said he linked the reservations, so I thought we would be ok calling today.
Will call back or try the website tomorrow! So glad you were able to get all your reservations..that makes me feel very optimistic about ours. I also want to do an Illuminations cruise...hopefully I can snag that too!

I was booked for the week if Christmas so I still had a few days until my ADR date came up. Well, we had a change of plans and now we are going the week of Thanksgiving! I called this morning and to make ADRs and got everything! I'm still in shock!

Darn! We are 181 days out today! No wonder I couldn't make reservations this morning! You are all giving me great encouragement that we will get all our ADR's tomorrow morning! Hopefuly an Illuminations cruise too!!

I too had trouble last week and never got BOG because it never linked my reservation right. Now the times that I did book are all changed to 8:30 at night and I booked reservations between 5:30 and 6:00. I just cancelled and rebooked the correct times. Did anyone else have their times change?

Thank you!! I was just on trying to look to change one meal and their site is just awful!! It keeps getting hung up. That's why I never waste time with it. Calling a CM is so much easier and faster.

I've seen many posts where people say there times are wrong, but I don't know if they are *actually* wrong or just being displayed as wrong on the website. I saw someone mention they had a reservation showing at a time the restaurant wasn't even open:confused3. So it has to be a glitch. It's worth a call for anyone with this problem though. I'd want to make sure they were at the right times.

I had four displaying wrong times so I called to check. Two were just display issues and they can't fix it but it is correct in their system. The other two were not the times I booked. They were waaaay off too.

Yikes. That is scary. What about those people who booked and don't recheck before they go. Or wait until the last days before their trip? They won't be able to change them!:(

We don't get the MDE site in Canada. I booked on the old site. I also can't see the reservations after I make them but I get the email confirmations and they are all correct.
 
I had the same problem at first. But then I noticed that for some reason it wouldn't recognize that I was logged in. (I couldn't see my current reservations without being asked to login again). After closing the browser and re-logging in, it would let me book. I had to keep checking after each reservation to make sure it hadn't logged me out again.
