Trouble signing into DVC member.com

Hey All,

For a while now I have been having problems signing on to the member web site, it was annoying before but now I need to log on to get a referal bonus. The message I keep getting is "you are already logged into another Disney website" and i'm not. I have tried calling but since I am on the west coast I have trouble calling while the offices are open. Anyone else ever have the problem?? TIA!

I had that problem last year sometime and finally had to call and they connected me with their IT folks to fix it. There are problems sometimes it seems with different Disney sites and user names/IDs. So if you have an ID on the main Disney site, Disney Movie Rewards, DVC, the cruise line, whatever - they seem to get all jumbled somewhere. They fixed my problem though.

Had the same problem. No matter what I tried, it didn't work. The only thing left was to call them. They were quick to get back to me and problem was fixed for a while. It then happened again and I gave up on the members site. Trying to pre-plan a trip next summer and want to get the points chart so I may have to call them again. Very frustrating.

This always works for me, but it's a pain! Also, go to any Disney site and sign out before going to DVC. This helps prevent the problem from reoccurring -- at least for me.

Thanks guys. Unfortunately that didn't fix my problem but glad to know I am not alone. Guess I will be calling them tomorrow.

Just signed in with no problem.

I only use dvcmember.com to access the member website. If I bookmark it, I edit the bookmark and change the url to dvcmember.com. This way if DVC changes the actual page, I don't have to change anything as dvcmember.com will be redirected to the actual url.
