I've called Southwest several times about this, and they just don't seem to supply any assistance with installation of the Ding! program. I've looked through the old posts via the search function here, and even read some posts on flyertalk.com about Ding!, but I just can't seem to remedy the problem.
I have re-installed Ding! to my computer, but I keep getting a "communication error" message, and my icon is covered with an exclamation point. This is driving me crazy, as I've had this program installed since it was first started, and now I'm no longer able to access Ding! fares.
Does anyone have any new ideas? I've already checked to see if it was a firewall issue. With the new installation process that I go through, I did not notice any screen at which I would be given the ID# for installation, nor did I see a screen to input my home airport. Has all this changed?
