Trouble Downloading Ding

I hope someone can help me. I am trying to download DING. I get the Southwest DING icon, but it has a red exclamation point and says communication error. I am not computer savvy, so I need the downloading DING for dummies help. Thanks so much.

1st I would unistall it

Start > Control Panal > Add/Remove Programs > Ding


Then restart your computer.

When it finishes rebooting. Turn off and AntiViruse programs and then Download it again.

Reboot your computer again that should take of it and turn you AV back on.

Thanks for the help. I added it OK, but as soon as I turned my anti-virus back on, I got the communication error again. Can anyone help me?

You may have to go into your Antivirus Program and Look for Add Sights.

Then just go ahead and add www.Southwest.com select allow and you should be good.
