Trouble adding park tickets to apple wallet

I followed the instructions on magic mobile to add our park tickets but keep getting the "please try again, something went wrong" message. Anybody else experience that and figured it out? Please tell me how you did it. thank you

Had that problem because two factor authentication was not activated on the phone. Once I turned it on the ticket went into the wallet no problem.

I have two factor authentication on but I could not add my ticket to my Apple Watch.
I could not add other friends to my Disney Wolrd experience app either. Tried logging on/ off- still no cigar.

I have the 1st version Apple Watch I’m wondering if I have to upgrade? I added mobile Magic to my phone no problem but it won’t update to my watch

I think I read in another thread here that you need at least a Series 3. I’m not certain if that’s the minimum though.

I have series 2 & I can’t add it. There isn’t a lot of help available for this system yet. They gave vague requirements in which I meet but it does not say a lot to Apple Watch.

Two-factor authentication is already ON on my iPhone. App and iOS are up-to-date; reinstalled, restarted. Still getting that error. Advice?

I have 8 credit and debit cards there (including Apple Cash); it won't let me add anymore. I also currently have 2 passes there. I was wondering if the Disney Pass gets treated as a card instead of a pass in Apple Wallet (I doubt it but can anyone confirm?) so maybe the fact I've added the max number of cards is why the Disney Pass is not being added, but I don't want to remove any cards without knowing this to be the case.

Apparently it actually was a max cards issue on my end. Was able to add the Disney MagicMobile Pass after removing Apple Cash which I wasn't using. Didn't realize a "Pass" would be treated not as a pass but as a card.
