Tropical Depression may be forming next week

I looked at the tracker a couple hours ago and it appeared to be heading north of us. Is it on a more southerly track now?

At AKL. Started raining while waiting for our bus back around 3. Had some heavy rain and wind on part of the bus ride back. It was a little freaky, I'm not going to lie. We are back at the hotel though. Managed to stay dry all day as we were in Via Napoli for the 2ish rain that came through. We are staying in for the rest of the afternoon and evening.

We were at Epcot all morning. It felt crowded to me in Future World. Definitely more than yesterday at MK. We were 3rd in line for Joy and Sadness and then waited maybe 5 minutes for Baymax. We used FP for Soarin and it seemed to take awhile. Lines for LWTL was busy for that ride, Nemo said 15, but seems crowded, Figment was 25 minutes! But I had grabbed a FP for it. We then headed to WS and it didn't seem too crowded. We were eating lunch at Via Napoli when the rain cam through around 2. It was clear skies after we left the restaurant, then started to pour while we were waiting for the bus back at 3pm. Was VERY windy, blowing, and puddling water on the sides of the road for part of the ride back. I hate driving in that stuff so it was not fun for me. Pool still open at the hotel, steady rain now.

I didn't realize the new soarin was up and running already. How was it?
Hope the weather clears and you have. Great trip!

It was the old movie. The new one debuts the 17th (I think.) The old one was great! The movie was definitely cleaned up and brighter. I'm glad we got to see it one last time.

Spent the morning/early afternoon at AK. Felt like about a 7/10 in terms of crowds. Left around 1:30 & got in the car just as the 1st drops started falling. Raining hard right now but it's rained harder. Hoping it clears out by RD tomorrow. If not, we'll just poncho up & drive on.

you were lucky! it was an hour wait for Joy and Sadness at 9:18

Stay as dry as possible, people! Or, dance in it - whatever..you are at Disney ;)

We arrive next week, so just starting to keep my eyes on the weather..

I don't know what it's doing in Orlando but it's raining in St. Petersburg. Hope your night isn't rained out.

We've had a couple downpours and some wind gusts. But for the most part, it's just been drizzle. One of my friends saw a tree fall down on her way home from work though. All of my son's night time activities were cancelled for tonight, but there's less rain and wind now than a typical afternoon storm.

A bit nasty on the Fl east coast. Looks like it will be squally for much of Fl tonight. Looks like the Dream got out ok.

We are at CSR too! Have headed back and will probably stay at resort this evening. Does anyone know of any procedures at WDW or CSR in the case of tropical storms? Is it best to stay in our room or go to the main building?

No worries.... We are far from a direct hit, and Colin is not a "super powerful" storm. I would be surprised to see much difference at WDW. Certainly not room evacuation...

We've delayed going to AK due to this, hopefully it'll be better by Friday. We don't usually bother with a hotel being semi-local but we'll stay somewhere offsite this time due to late closing times and weather

Hoping all down at WDW are weathering Colin well. Looks like he'll be up here on the Carolina coast soon, and hopefully you guys have pretty weather when he clears out!

I stayed home in Winter Garden today pretty much for nothing. Oh well, at least I got some reading done.
