I love Tron. I enjoyed Tron Legacy. I will be attending Tron Ares opening night...I don't think this movie will be successful at the box office, unfortunately.
That, despite long queues in the Magic Kingdom…Yeah, TRON just can never seem to find a real audience. I think it'll probably do about as well as Legacy, which to say not a total flop, but not a rousing success either.

Back in the 80s, they had something in Epcot, I think it was the post ride portion of Journey Into Imagination where you could go to an area with a green screen and do the segment of the Black Hole where the giant flaming meteor is coming towards the screen. My brother and I were annoying kids who slow walked across the screen and even sat down as the fireball was headed towards us.Well, a new ride is pretty much always going to have a long line, especailly a coaster. It could be themed after The Black Hole and would still command a line. That doesn't translate to ticket sales for the movie, though it can help raise awareness of the franchise a little. The majority of movie-goers don't ever go to Disney World.

Put me down in the camp of not understanding why another Tron is coming out. I guess 3rd time is the charm for it be a big hit. I just see nothing out of the trailer outside of the Nine Inch Nails soundtrack that's going to really resonate with audiences. I'd imagine it will do about 200M worldwide.
Yep, I’ve already told people I could go sit in a well balanced theater with a state of the art sound system and close my eyes while experiencing Ares. I don’t need what’s on the screen, just the Reznor/NiN soundtrack.Put me down in the camp of not understanding why another Tron is coming out. I guess 3rd time is the charm for it be a big hit. I'm in simply for the Nine Inch Nails soundtrack. Will be interesting how it compares to the awesome Daft Punk soundtrack of the last movie.
The idea on NIN at WDW is something my brain is struggling to accept. And I love it.This is awesome. Also they're releasing Tron and Tron: Legacy in 4K in September.
13 year old me listening to Pretty Hate Machine after going to WDW could never imagine this outcome. The idea on NIN at WDW is something my brain is struggling to accept. And I love it.
Trent has been one of my favorite artists since the early 90's. I love his soundtracks. Im a huge fan of what he did with The Social Network!!
