I am pretty sure the answer to the last question is that it doesn't exist in WDW. It was still there in Feb this year... Has this changed?

Yes, I'm thinking the same thing checked WDW website to make sure. The other answer might be right too but either way the question isn't correct. Pretty silly for a major paper.
