Nashville has Drury Hotels in which you can get a suite which was fit all of you. They also have free breakfast, free Manager Kickback inthe evening that offers food (we have had hotdogs, baked potatoes, chili, Salad, chicken wings just as an example), free soft drinks, free popcorn, free internet, and 60 minutes free long distnace per night. I really like the Drury brand hotels.

Gaylord Opryland Hotel is super nice. Otherwise a hotel downtown Nashville or stay near Franklin, TN so you can check out Coolsprings Mall! It is the best mall along with Opry Mills mall.

The Natchez Trace parkway has lots of little places to pull off and do short hikes, as well as being a scenic drive.
Downtown Franklin is super cute and is about 25 mins south of Nashville. That's where we live. Good dining in Franklin is Red Pony and Saffire. Saffire is in the Factory which has lots of cute shops as well.
I still haven't figured out what there is to do in the city and we have lived here for just over a year. Obviously there is all the country music tourist stuff. The Belle Meade Plantation is supposed to be nice. Cheekwood Botanical Gardens would be nice that time of the year.
Hope that helps. Still figuring it out ourselves.:goodvibes

There is a Rain Forrest Cafe in Opry Mills if your boys have not outgrown that one. Most attractions in Nashville are Country Music Themed. Opryland Hotel is a VERY cool place to visit even if you do not stay there. It is huge. There is a boat ride you can take through the hotel, a water light show and plenty of shopping and food choices.

We are considering a trip to Nashville too....subscribing to see what other great advice OP gets

I grew up in Nashville. Agree with PP that Pancake Pantry is famous but the lines can be a pain and the service is surly (none of that Southern charm here sorry!) The pancakes are yummers though and it is in Hillsboro Village which has fun shops as well. For breakfast check out Loveless Cafe (true southern artery clogging deliciousness...). For fun food, try Calypso Cafe (local fave, Caribbean inspired, have the fruit tea, thats a Nashville specialty!) several locations around Nashville. I have never gone to Demos. Rotiers is a dive but great burgers. Go downtown and walk around 2nd Ave. touristy but fun! 18th ave is music row where the studios are. wild horse saloon downtown is fun. Country music museum is fun too. I will think and post more suggestions later. Agree with different PPs that Franklin TN is adorable but may be further than you want to go and Opryland Hotel is fun to go rubberneck around in. The grand ol opry is right there too by opryland hotel. What are your interests? Have fun i love nashville theres something for everyone!!
