Hi! Quick recap of characters: me, DH, DS one, my parents, my grandmother (81 years young) and my best friend.

8/11/03
Today we headed off to the MK again. We had breakfast at Cinderella's Royal Table. See review on the restaurant board. Chase was a little cranky at breakfast, and later in the week we realized why...see day IV.

After breakfast we went to Toon Town. We met Tigger, Pooh and Eeyore and of course, Mickey Mouse. Chase was a bit hesitant with the characters at first, but quickly warmed up to them and was laughing and giving them kisses! We went on the Pooh ride with our fastpasses and then we tried to get Chase's hair cut at the Barber Shop on Main Street, but there were about 7 people in front of him so we decided to wait and do it later in the week.

We then went back to WL and went swimming. I thought for sure it was going to rain, considering every time DH and I have been to WDW and went to the pool or a water park, it rained. BUT, we got lucky and the rain did not fall! ;)

Chase went in the baby pool with me and then with DH. At first he didn't know what to make of it, but then he realized it was like a big bathtub and had a blast! He also liked interacting with some of the other children that were in the pool. We took him out of the pool after 30 minutes or so, and he fell asleep on my mom so DH and I had a chance to go on the slide - lots of fun! - and in the hot tub - very relaxing.

After swimming we got showered and changed and then headed back to MK for dinner at the Crystal Palace. See dining review on restaurant board. (This was the BEST dinner we had all week 0 in fact, we did it twice!) Chase was very pleasant at dinner and really interacted well with the characters. They also celebrated his birthday here (and at Cindy's) and he got a signed card from Pooh and the gang!

After dinner we took Chase to the Tiki room. He loved the music and was bopping up and down on his dad. After the Tiki room, we staked out a spot for Spectro Magic. We sat in front of the castle to the left of the hub. I really thought Chase was going to be a trouper and stay awake for the parade, but he fell asleep about 5 minutes before it started. The spots we had were great! I still like Main Street Electrical Parade better than Spectro, but this one was still good. After the parade, we went to the walkway between the Hub and Tomorrowland so I coud get a great spot to see Tink fly before the fireworks. THis was a great spot too, and would you beleive that Chase slept straight thorugh the fireworks? Man, this kid was GREAT!

Our first two days were simply magical! More to come!!!

Hard to believe anyone could sleep through the fireworks - a fun day - thanks for posting!

Wonderful trip report ~ Thanx for sharing!!!!!
