Trip Report from SSR with pics! Day Four added!!

We will be at SSR in November and I am considering a location near DTD even though we love to be near the main pool for the kids. How long a walk did you have to theain pool? We don't mind walking so ignite reasonable for our youngest, she is 3, we'd love to try it!

We were in room 1734 in Congress Park, the quiet pool was directly behind our building. If we came down the stairs and exited on the near side of our buidling it was right next to the bus pick up. The walk to DTD was not a very bad walk, similar I'd say from walking from BWV to International gate at Epcot. It is not real convenient to the main pool, but we never went there. We were satisfied with the quiet pool. I think you'd probably need to decide which is more important to you, convenience to DTD or to the main pool.

This past June we were in Congress Park #2601/03, 2br DTD View and it was beautiful! Great report, fantastic pictures, wonderful family, in the end, all the elements for a great vacation!

Great trip report, Bob! I really enjoyed hearing your thoughts and your especially your photos!

We are taking our first DVC trip in Sept/Oct and could not get a 1 BR anywhere but SSR or OKW. We went with SSR and I am pleased to hear you enjoyed it there and the bus service was decent.

Great Report! I really enjoyed the read and the pics! My family is still very young (DS-8 and DD-2) and I hope in the future be able to continue our Disney vacations as your family has. You can really see in all of your faces how much you all enjoy each other!
