Day ONE
We arrived at the Poly around 3:00 pm and lucked out getting a terrific room. We have found it really pays to fax in your room requests a few days prior to arrival. To read more about the room and all the Poly details see my Poly report on the resort board.

After settling into our room we headed over to MK by boat. The crowds weren't too bad... we walked straight to Tomorrowland so our 3 yo ds could get his Buzz fix.
We were able to get fast passes, so while we waited we rode the TTA, Carousel of Progress, and Timekeeper. Then did Buzz and headed to Cosmic Ray's for a quick dinner. Our kids love to sit down by the "singing dinosaur" as they like to call him.
The food here is pretty good for the price. DH and I had burgers and the boys had the corndog kids meals. After dinner we hit a few more rides, the crowds were pretty small, and caught the first Spectromagic. We always watch it down where it starts, right near the exit so we can make a quick getaway. One thing I noticed... do people not realize that the resort monorail stops at the TTC??? There is always a huge line for the express and then the resort line is almost empty. I guess they don't really advertise it because they want to keep the resort monorail for resort guests only. But it seems like it would cut down on the big lines and crowds.
After that we headed back to the Poly. We decided to buy the refillable mugs, and we were glad we did. We filled them at least twice a day so I'm sure we got our money's worth.
Then we walked down to the beach and watched the fireworks. There is a great view from there, and they also pipe in the MK music. You can even see them while swimming in the pool.
After that we were all beat and went to bed. We really enjoyed our room in Figi overlooking the marina. At night it was very beautiful. We could see the CR, the Volcano, and the GCH. As I said before there are a lot of details about the Poly on the resort board.
We loved it.
