Trip Planning Question! (Non-CP, of course)

Hello! I'm planning a trip with my best friend for May, and it will be my first trip to WDW without my family. Of course, with my family, we do all the family-centered things and spend a lot of time at the parks.

Being 22 and 23, my friend and I are hoping to shake things up and do some more "grown up" activities. I have heard about Raglan Road being quite fun, and we're considering doing a walk-around-the-world at EPCOT. Of course, we plan to be safe and smart (so no BASE jumping off of Cinderella's Castle for us!). We also don't want to spend an enormous amount of money on tickets or anything. Oh, and we will be staying on property, so we have easy access to all the parks and Downtown Disney and such!

Please let me know if you have any ideas! I know many of the people on this board are college program folks and know some fun things from your time spent living near the property.

-Haunted Mansion

Downtown:
-La Nouba
-Pleasure Island is mostly closed...just as a note

Epcot:
-Illuminations
-World Showcase players
-Innoventions
-Soarin'
-Test Track
-Mission Space

Studios:
-Fantasmic
-Tower of Terror
-Backlot Tour
-Lights, Motors, Action

Misc:
-fantasia gardens/winter summerland
-the boardwalk

Animal Kingdom:
-Finding Nemo- The Musical
-Expedition Everest (just the queue is worth it)
-seeing the animals
-Kilimanjaro Safari


Dining:
-Artist Point (Wilderness Lodge)
-Le Cellier (Epcot)
-Beaches and Cream (Beach Club...one of my favorites- food is ok, ice cream, atmosphere and service is amazing though)
-Garden Grill (Epcot...one of my favorites, there are characters though)
-Coral Reef (Epcot, really cool atmosphere)
-Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Review (Fort Wilderness, a lot of fun)
-Kona Cafe (Polynesian...convenient for a day in Magic Kingdom)
-Yak and Yeti (Animal Kingdom...not as good as the others)
-My personal favorite is Cinderella's Royal Table. A lot of people don't like it though, and I can understand why--they don't serve alcohol, a lot of character commotion at times, and the menu/food is limited and mediocre for the price. but the lamb chops are pretty good. also if you manage to get a reservation during Wishes, that's about as awesome a night as I could ever ask for.
-you may have noticed I didn't include any restaurants in the studios. in my opinion, nothing particularly noteworthy there, but if necessary Mama Melrose isn't bad and Hollywood and Vine is pretty cool

It’s quite fun with peers, family outings I find very boring. Actually not all families enjoy chilling out together; they could only do so if they are very much fun-loving.

Definitely go to Jellyrolls! It's one of my favorite things to do when I'm down there.
