Tried to look at my reservation online, but can't. Help!?!

I booked through all-seasons, but have fully paid and have a confirmation number from them. When I try to put that confirmation number in at disneycruise.com to see my reservation, it says the confirmation number is invalid.

Anyone know why this would happen?

If you don't book right through Disney you are not able to check your reservation through them. I booked with DU and can go to the DU site and check mine, but not the Disney site.

Do you know how that's going to work when Disney starts allowing you to book your spa/Palo reservations online? I spoke to Debbie yesterday and she said that'g going to be the case in the beginning of May. If I can see my reservation, will I be able to book?
